Santosh was found wondering around the streets of Charbagh railway station by vigilant and empathetic members of our society. At his arrival in our hospital he was in a very miserable condition. His sole had many blisters; he was stinking with foul smell of urine and had not taken bath from many days. He used to sleep for long hours and had no energy to carry out any activity. He felt low in confidence and avoided talking to any one and if he was coaxed into bathing or any other activity he used to feel irritable and expressed hostility. He was given enough time to recover from his mental state and given supportive therapy to recover. He slowly began to show signs of recovery. His energy levels improved and he was involved in culinary activities for the society in which he showed special interests. His anger and irritability also improved considerably and he developed a keen interest in doing all the activities of our society. He began to express a desire to meet his family members, so efforts were made to contact his family and with the help of local authorities his family was traced out. His wife came to our hospital and he was handed over to his wife in a much improved condition.
